As part of the Bangor community, we are pleased to provide educational opportunities to our new neighbors, helping them beautify their yards and gardens. BYOB: Bring Your Own Box!

When: November 17th @ 2 pm

Instructor: Hannah Laakso

Cost: $50.00 per person

Skill Level: Beginner

Bring your window box (or container) in and we’ll show you how to decorate it with greens, twigs, cones, berries and more! Price includes filling one container. Call us if you would like to bring more than one.

There’s something magical about it being time to take the mums out and decorate for the holidays! These will last you all through the winter. Hannah is an extremely talented artist who you might remember from our painted pumpkins during the fall. Her laid back approach leaves plenty of room for your own creativity and self expression.

Wreath Making 101

When: November 30th @ 9 am (Straight Balsam) & 11 am (Mixed Greens)

Instructor: Emma Reynolds

Cost: $40.00 per person for Balsam, $50.00 per person for Mixed Greens

Skill Level: Beginner

Come learn the coveted secrets to making your own wreath, one of Maine’s most sought after commodities. Emma is a great teacher with decades of experience and wisdom to impart on her students. Arrive ready for fun and dirty hands! Wreath will last all season. Bring your out of state family members in to experience the rich culture of Christmas time in Maine!
